GLENREAGH
Set alongside the beautiful Orara River, the village of Glenreagh is overlooked by magnificent sandstone ranges, much of which is designated State Forest. Historically a timber town, Glenreagh features many original timber dwellings that still stand today. Embracing Australia’s love of “big” things, Glenreagh is home to the much-loved Golden Dog. Be sure to stop by and have your photo taken with this beloved supersized, smiling dingo!
NYMBOIDA
A beautiful day trip for canoeing or picnicking, Nymboida is a stop you won’t want to miss. Blessed with stunning mountain bushland, magnificent waterways, and abundant wildlife, it’s no surprise Nymboida is the first stop along the Clarence Canoe and Kayak Trail. With its serene landscapes and exciting outdoor adventures, this charming town offers a unique experience that’s truly special.

COPMANHURST
Located upriver from Grafton, Copmanhurst is a historic riverside village. Bring the fishing rods and throw in a line –Copmanhurst is a great spot for keen anglers! A popular choice for campers, this little village is a close-knit community ideally situated for those who love to get out on the water.
HARWOOD
Harwood’s story is deeply rooted in history, where the sweet scent of sugar cane has filled the air since the 1870s. Picture cane being hand-cut and transported by river to the iconic Harwood Sugar Mill, Australia’s oldest working mill. Even the local cricket pitch holds its own piece of history as one of the country’s oldest privately owned grounds. LAWRENCE
